  • automatically  publish their property worldwide in different languages with one click
  • manage all calendars and bookings from one central account

Bookiply has grown significantly in the past months and we are now looking for the best talents to
join our team. We are specifically looking for a:

Sales Team Lead – France (m/f)

Your Role

You will be in charge for all business expansion processes in the French market and therefore for
enhancing the overall growth of Bookiply. You will build your own team consisting of qualified
business developers and ensure Bookiply’s future success in close cooperation with the management
team. In particular this entails:

  • recruit and supervise a high-operating business development team for the French market

  • be in charge for the coverage of the French vacation rental market and sales objectives

  • take personal care of our largest accounts and ensure a smooth acquisition process

  • supply the management with significant reports on KPIs and OKRs

  • ensure high-quality performance by mentoring and coaching the sales team and cultivate

  • a lively, motivational atmosphere

  • work in line with the Product Management, Marketing and Business Intelligence to optimize

  • our product and enhance efficient processes

  • visit valuable partners on business trips


  • a “leader” profile including the abilities to mentor, develop and encourage team members

  • a very analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on constant improvement

  • an open-minded “seller” mentality: warm, customer-oriented, charismatic and persistent

  • a degree in business administration, tourism, or related fields

  • French on a native level and advanced English skills

  • an outstanding track record in sales- and negotiation-related fields

  • recruiting experience and know-how are a plus
